Pat is the President and Founder of ENNIS Legacy Partners, a Maryland-based firm dedicated exclusively to exit planning for business owners. His career spans more than four decades, from MetLife and Merrill Lynch to more than ten years at Fidelity Investments, where he rose to Vice President and Branch Manager, followed by executive leadership in the nonprofit world. As a Certified Exit Planner, he helps owners clarify their goals, strengthen their businesses, plan for life after the business, and exit on their own terms.

Walter Deyhle, CPA, CExP™, CEPA
Co-Host

Walter brings decades of experience in tax, business valuation, and exit planning to every conversation. Before retiring, he was a partner at Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman CPAs, where he directed the firm’s Tax and Exit Planning consulting division and advised business owners on complex investment, estate, and gift tax issues and on business transitions. Over his career, he earned the Certified Exit Planner and Certified Exit Planning Advisor designations and was accredited in business valuation, work that took him through mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He holds an M.S. in Taxation from American University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
